its a street food in city of mumbai .Pav (Bread )bhaji (gravy with mixed veggies) can be made at home in different variations ,the method i am using has no oil its made in Butter.

Pav Bhaji recipe ingredients:

cauliflower : one cup Potatoes :one cup beetroot :half cup carrot :half cup chopped onions :one cup tomatoes :one cup butter :250 gm Pav bread :2 loaf lemon juice: :half lemon ginger garlic paste :1 TBS Dried fenugreek leaves :1 TBS

For this Pav bhaji recipe we use pressure cooker,pressure cook all vegetables ,mash them to a paste add butter and saute onions in frying pan to this mixture add fenugreek leaves mix it well then top off with tomatoes ,saute it for few minutes then close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium low flame till tomatoes are soften then add lemon juice and vegetable paste mix it well and let it cook on medium flame for another 10 minutes

garnish it with bunch of chopped cilantro and service with Pav (dinner rolls) with butter on top and enjoy
