Kesar Badam Pista Kulfi Recipe

  Best kulfi recipe ever i made this for my kids every summer ,its very delicious creamy and rich in flavour . Recipe for badam pista kulfi milk : 750 ml condensed milk : 1 Can Whipping cream : 1 cup Sugar : 1/2 cup almond : 2 Tbs Pista : 2 Tbs Kesar (saffron sticks) - 10 to 15 sticks full video recipe of Kulfi Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan add saffron sticks mix it well and heat milk until it reduces from 750 ml to 500 ml then add can of condensed milk with whipcream . mix it well and let it cook for few minutes once this gets to thick consistency add sugar with bread crumbs & top it off with pista powder and almond powder let this mixture cool off and then transfer this in to the moulds ,freeze it overnight and next morning Yummy & creamy Pista kesar badam kulfi is ready .
