Masala Dosa is traditional break fast recipe from southern part of india ,Masala dosa is made with rice and lentils (Daal) with stuffing of potato and relish with coconut chutney .

Method of making Masala Dosa batter
Rice 2 cups
Urad Daal 1 cup
Chana daaal 1/4 cup
fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
Wash above ingredients and soak for 5 hours, after 5 hrs grind it make it a batter leave it overnight to ferment Gun powder (PODI) Recipe Cumin seeds (zeera) 2tbs coriander seeds 2 Tbs black pepper corn 1 Tbs curry leaves handfull fenugreek seeds 1 tsp urad daal 1 tsp dried chilli pepper 8 nos mustard seeds 1 tsp garlic 10 tamarind without seeds 1 tbs chana daal 1 tsp Dry roast the spices in a flat bottom pan and grind it powder and keep it aside . Recipe for Coconut chutney coconut diced 1 no's chana daal 2 Tbs mint & cilantro handful green chillies 4 garlic 5 cumin seeds 1 tsp Tamarind 1 tsp Coconut chutney tempering i have taken 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds, few curry leaves and dried red chillies Aloo bhurta (Gravy of potato) Five potato boiled and peeled then smash it to make paste then add tempering on top heat oil in a pan add diced onions with some spices mix it well please check the recipe of bhurta in video .
