Paneer 65 recipe is one of most delicious and mouth watering recipes from Hyderabad ,In this Recipe I will show you how to make restaurant style Hyderabad paneer 65 its very easy to make and its great recipe and can be served with chapati ,naan and fried rice . Hyderabadi Paneer 65 is very healthy recipe, its made with spices and sauces .the flavour of paneer 65 is bit of spicy but not too much spicy and we can adjust the spice level according to your taste.

Hyderabadi paneer 65 recipe is divided in two parts one is marinate of paneer and prepare sauce for the gravy .firstly lets prepare marinate first cut the paneer into cubes I have taken 350 gm to that's good for 3 adults .Add Paprika powder ,garam masala, coriander powder corn flour ,oil and little water ,water helps this recipe to marinade all masala .



next step is let the marinated paneer stay for half hour in marinade mixture then we shallow fry it not deep fry, it will be on healthy side .fry it until golden brown flip the sides repeat the same process. Once it fried keep it aside

final steps for sauce or gravy fry curry leaves,garlic,onion and bell peppers and slit green chillies shallow fry it for about 4 minutes then add 2 table spoon Chilli garlic paste then add 100 gm of yogurt with one teaspoon corn flour and food colour then we mix this until combined .Pour Fried paneer in that sauce and simmer it for 2 minutes and garnish it with spring onions . yummy Hyderabadi Paneer 65 is ready to be served .i hope you liked my recipe do try it at home and comment it how you liked it .
