How to make healthy fish fry at home in less oil. This recipe of fish fry is very healthy and you will get good taste and delicious flavours with hints of spices, Fish very recipe my way of making fish fry at home in a quick, simple and healthy way. For this Recipe I have taken boneless fish Tilapia.
First wash the fish thoroughly add little white vinegar if the fish has smell
Next add spices salt ,Cornflour 3 teaspoon, pepper, all purpose seasoning and lemon (one medium sized) and marinate it for half hour
Next now after marinate in a heavy bottom frying pan drizzle some oil and start placing the fish pieces and fry it golden brown and dish out once ready to serve .
In this Fish Fry recipe we are not deep frying the fish its shallow fry that makes it more flavourful and delicious fish is ready
